The Puerto Rican Figure Skating Federation recognizes
that the success of our future skaters depends on superior
instruction. The PRFSF standard of instruction encompass
the mandatory requirement that all coaches are required
to be PSA certified. We strive to insure that all coaches
hired for the Puerto Rican skating community are technically
qualified to instruct at the level in which they are rated
regardless of background and skating achievement.
The PRSFS recognizes the importance of having instruction
that is offered by Professional coaches that have gone
through a training process that has a proven standard
amongst 6000 PSA Certified Coaches in the United States.
